About Me

A nurse and student exploring balance, creativity, mental health and much more with honesty, humour, and heart.

Hi, I’m Angela, part-time nursing student, healthcare worker, and full-time human trying to make sense of it all.

I live in Switzerland with my husband, my camera, and a cat who thinks he’s my supervisor. When I’m not working night shifts or studying, you’ll probably find me hiking somewhere beautiful, listening to music that’s far too loud, or trying to capture light before it disappears.

This blog grew out of the small pauses between work, study, and life. Those moments when you realise that being strong isn’t about having everything under control. It’s about finding rhythm in the chaos, humour in the hard parts, and meaning in the quiet ones.

Here, I write about the things that keep me grounded: mental health, creativity, music, nursing, and the strange beauty of being human. Some posts are reflective, some practical, and some simply honest.

If you’re someone who’s juggling work, study, or just life itself, you might find pieces of yourself here too. Grab a coffee, take a breath, and stay a while.
